Processing time
We process orders Monday thru Friday, except for holidays.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days after placing your order for us to ship it out.
For personalized items, please allow 5 to 7 days, depending on order, to processing and shipping.
Shipping time
United States: 3 to 7 days with usps
International: 7 to 21 days with USPS / DHL Express 4 to 7 days
Important: Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on the destination country and should be paid by the customer, AguamarinabyMc is not responsible for these charges.
Tracking your Order
After placing your order, you will get an email with your tracking number that you can track anytime to check the status of your order.
Returns
We will allow returns only on orders within 10 days of the purchase date, after this, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item, unless it was received originally damaged or wrong, in that case, we will cover the shipping cost to return it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, never worn, this means in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When returning an order, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Please contact us before sending you order back, do not send back any order without a previous return authorization.
Personalized items and items on sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We don’t do exchanges; you can return the eligible item and purchase a new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refund
Once we receive your order back, it will be inspected and we will let you know if it’s eligible for a full refund or a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item, unless it was received originally damage or received a wrong item, in that case, we will issue a full refund.
Once we approve your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
